I still can't lose weight after prozac

I did cardio everyday, eat only 1000 calories but I gain 20 kg with prozac. This's normal but problem is some people can't lose weight after ssri too.I lost 40 kg before prozac,my metabolism was amazing. But I try everything after prozac-off(1.5years) and I can't lose weight.I even try to take 500 calories/day,1.5h cardio but I can't lose weight.I check my blood for insulin, tyroid and nothing came out.

Also this isn't the only problem after ssri.I took prozac and buspirone and my libido was very high and It's still very high after 1.5years off. Some people have lost their libido and it continues after ssri, mine was vice versa.Libido is also problem but my weight is the main problem. How to solve this?

Yes,I'm not using them about 1.5 years but this side effects stay with me.My gp wants to use ssri again to balance this issues. He has no idea what's going on but he guess my brain accept this libido, weight gain state as my normal state and try to provide this state.

Do you eat meat ? I can offer you some suggestions that will help, but I need to know this.

Read up about healthy meats as meat is classified between "healthy" and "unhealthy". When I acquired OCD, I was eating meat thinking that it is healthy and nothing bad could happen to me. I am a vegetarian now (I eat eggs) and I hope to be a vegan soon. Meat is what is putting the weight on you, not Prozac.

Not neccessarily. Everyone responds to meds differently and there could be a number of factors causing weight gain including medications. I understand some people follow a vegetarian diet and that's great, but meat doesn't cause weight gain alone, it's the type and quantity, just like any food. Carbohydrates can also cause weight gain if you don't make healthy choices. Perhaps you could ask for a referral to a nutritionist who could analyze your diet and exercise?

500 calories a day isn't healthy though, when you do that your body actually goes into a starvation mode and slows it's metabolism to try and conserve energy. So don't starve yourself!

Actually I usually eat vegetable and try to be healthy that's why I lost 40 kg.This time problem was prozac.I tried luvox for 10 days and I lost 4 kg.I eat same thing but there's something going on.

Carbohydrates and meat are both necessarily for weight loss.If we give enough carbonhydrate to our body then It'll burn much calorie and If we don't,it'll go starvation mode.500 calorie isn't healthy but there won't be starvation mode.If you don't eat your body'll burn calorie in an unhealthy way.
