Have you seen the Dr Phillipson video on 'pure o'?
Well, at a certain point he brings up self-esteem issues and how it can sometimes tie in with OCD.
It's a fraction of the video but the whole thing is worth a watch if you haven't gotten round to it thus far.

Yep! Thats the one.

Worth a look. He discusses 'conventional' OCD a lot on there as well. just a good overall look at the anxiety disorder.

Hello there. I hope you're having a great day.

I just though that you may benefit from this video. I don't want to say to much about it, but from what I gather you'd thank me after you watch it. Just enter the following website and click on the secret dvd.

If you become more comfortable and less judgmental of yourself, you'll find your self-esteem beginning to rise. This is a major factor in aiding depression. It's all about the inner-beauty!!! I have a hard time verbalizing what inner-beauty is, but one site I look at describes it pretty well. It's called www.facingtheworldbook.com. It also shows success stories of people who were insecure when they were younger. It's a great site.. check it out

Hope this helps
