OCD + Bipolar 2

I have been in therapy now for 3 weeks and it is tremendous!! Used the ocfoundation.org to find a therapist and it's been remarkable. I definitely suggest therapy to ANYONE going through ocd. However, through therapy and my psychiatrists diagnosis I have been diagnosed with OCD and bipolar 2. I'm wondering if anyone on here has the same diagnosis and what meds worked for them. I was on lexapro, wellbutrin, and buspar to help the anxiety but it set off the mania side of the bipolar 2. Also, for those with bipolar 2, did your compulsions tend to be more of the thought kind? I don`t have bipolar2, however I took Welbutrin under it`s other name- Zyban (smoking cessation rx). I had a very elevated (noticably) mood and racing thoughts and was taken off it.

The same thing happened with Prozac, but with that the effect diminished after about 6wks. With the Welbutrin it would not subside.
